MOUNTING WHEELS TO THE LEGS

 

PARTS REQUIRED:
2 

x 

Wheel (#23)

2 

x 

Wheel Axle Pin (#E)

2 

x 

Wheel Washer (#F)

2 

x   

Wheel Cotter Pin (#G)

 INSTALLATION:

• 

Attach the wheel to the leg by inserting the wheel axle pin through the wheel, 

then the leg hole, wheel washer, and finally secure using wheel cotter pin. Note 

illustration for order.

• 

Repeat installation for the other wheel.

• 

Once the wheel is secure, carefully lift the grill into an upright position.

 

INSTALLING THE SIDE SHELF

 

PARTS REQUIRED:
1 

x 

Side Shelf (#8)

 INSTALLATION:

• 

Remove the two lower pre-mounted screws from the side of the main barrel. 

Install the side shelf onto the two upper pre-mounted screws from the side 

of the main barrel. Insert screws through large holes on the side table. Press 

down on the side table so that the screws are placed in the small hole position.

• 

Then tighten completely when all four screws are mounted and aligned 

properly.

MOUNTING THE FRONT SHELF BRACKETS

 

PARTS REQUIRED:

Left Front Shelf Bracket (#14)

Right Front Shelf Bracket (#15)

x 

Screw (#A)

 INSTALLATION:

• 

Attach one front shelf bracket to the front of the grill barrel by using three 

screws. Install each screw half-way, then tighten completely when all three 

screws are mounted and aligned properly.

• 

Repeat the same installation for the other front shelf bracket.
