Replace cutter drive belt every 500 hours, more often if damaged or worn.

Step 1:

Remove three bolts (1) and open
belt shield.

Step 2:

Place lever (2) in DISENGAGED.

Step 3:

Remove two bolts (3) and panel
(4).

Step 4:

Press down on bottom side of belt
and remove it from grooves on
sheave.

Step 5:

Remove belt; replace with new
belt.

Step 6:

Replace bolts and panel.

Step 7:

Place lever (2) in ENGAGE.

Step 8:

Adjust belt tension. Refer to

Adjust,”

Step 9:

Close shield and replace bolts.
