Sports Operation Manual

PRG button

Selects the desired set programme from P01 -

P15 or customised programme PC1 - PC3.

SET button

Displays the menu and changes the parameters

for Pulse Rate, Pulse Width, Time, Work, Rest,

Ramp up time, ChA / ChB Synchronous or

Alternating and delay for custom programmes.

ESC button

Stores customised programme and returns to the

home position.
