9. Send SYSTEM STATUS command to check for CTH-18 status and the possible presence of
anomalies;
10. After configuration, tests and the disarming of CTH-18, send the deactivation commands
MAINTENANCE MODE and NUMBERS UNLOCK.
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE TO ENABLE AT LEAST ONE TELEPHONE TO THE OPTION OF SENDING
MANAGING CONTROLS (SEE NUMBERS OPTIONS). IF NOT, ONCE THE NUMBERS UNLOCK IS
DEACTIVATED, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO SEND ANY MANAGING CONTROL. IF IT IS NEEDED,
THE NUMBERS UNLOCK CAN BE REACTIVATED BY PRESSING BUTTONS 2 AND 3 OF THE REMOTE
CONTROL SIMULTANEOUSLY. THIS PROCEDURE SETS CTH-18 IN MAINTENANCE MODE FOR 10
HOURS AND REACTIVATES NUMBERS UNLOCK
FOR 30 MINUTES.
11. The mini buzzer on the terminal board can be removed.
APPLICATION CONFIGURATION ON ANDROID AND IOS
The CTH-18 application for Android and iOS enables a fast and intuitive configuration of the alarm
control panel.
ATTENTION: NO INTERNET CONNECTION IS NEEDED FOR THE APP. COMMANDS AND SETTINGS ARE
SENT VIA SMS.
1. Download and install the application from the store;
2. Open the app and tap the “+” button top right to add a new alarm system;
3. Type a name for the system and add the micro-SIM number set into CTH-18;
PLEASE NOTE: during this phase the APP assigns the “ALARM SYSTEM CODE” – a code
useful for the search of the system in the list. Use page 38 of this manual to report the alarm
system code and details of the performed configuration for the user.
