Using Control Center

Boat Length 

In 

start line mode

 the boat length is used to convert meters to boat lengths.    Default boat length is 1 

meter. 

Device Offset from Bow 

Device offset from bow is the distance in meters from where the SC-1 is mounted to the bow of your 
boat.    In 

start line mode

 the offset is used to calculate the distance between the tip of your bow and 

the start line.    The default is set to 0 meters. 

Start line Proximity Units 

Start line proximity can be displayed in meters or boat lengths.    By default start line proximity is 
displayed in meters. 

Timeout Lock Enabled 

Checking the box enables timeout lock.    When enabled, the SC-1 locks when the buttons have been 
inactive for a time period over the timeout lock value (seconds).    During a timeout lock, the unit allows 
the user to unlock the buttons.    By default timeout lock is disabled. 

Timeout Lock Value 

Time without any user input required in seconds for the device to lock.    Default value is 20 seconds. 

Speed Lock Enabled 

When enabled, the buttons 

lock

 when the device speed is above the speed lock value.    Speed lock is 

enabled by default. 

Speed Lock Value 

The threshold speed in knots at which the device buttons will lock if speed lock is enabled.    The default 
speed lock value is 2.0 knots.
