8. Maintenance
General
Wipe the device from time to time with a cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or
solvents. Dirt or moisture in the terminals can affect the readings. Clean the terminals as
follows:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Unplug the power cord.
3. Remove the test leads from the input terminals.
4. Shake out any dirt that may be present in the terminals.
Have the device serviced if it does not function normally.
Avoid all risks of electroshocks : disconnect the power cord, remove the test leads
and all input signals before replacing the power fuse. Use an identical fuse or a
fuse with identical specifications.
Replacing the Power Fuse
1. Turn the device OFF.
2. Unplug the power cord.
3. Remove the test leads from the input terminals.
4. Replace the blown fuse with an identical one or a fuse with identical specifications.
5. Fuse : fast, 200mA / 250V, Ø5 x 20mm
