Rear panel
1. True image / mirror image switch: true image shows what you'd see directly through the rear windshield. Mirror
image shows the image as you'd see it through the rear view mirror.
2. Input camera A: use this connector to connect the enclosed camera.

Control panel (front)
1. Power LED: only to be pushed to see the camera view while the car is not in reverse gear. The monitor is
automatically activated when the car is shifted in reverse gear.

5. Channel A/B selection button: to switch between camera A and B (if connected).
6. Selection button day/night: compensates for lack of brightness during night time operation. Push it for night vision.

Mount the bracket (fig. 2 #3) at the location where you want to install the monitor.
•
Fit the camera (fig. 2 #1) and the sun shield (fig. 2 #2) to the bracket using the supplied screws (fig.2 #4).

Move the monitor up or down to the desired position and fasten the screws #5.
c. Connections
DO NOT ESTABLISH CONNECTIONS WHILE THE MONITOR IS SWITCHED ON!!
1. Connect the camera to the CAM A input (fig. 3 #2). This will ensure the
CAMSET5N2
is automatically activated
when the gear is shifted into reverse (monitor and camera are switched on ; camera protection cap is lifted).
2. Screw the CAM A connector tight.
3. Plug the power plug into the power connector (fig. 3 #6). Make sure the power plug is connected to the car
electrical system according to the description given with figure 3.
