Notice: A "normal" foot and knee angle is 90° between the foot and lower leg and between
the thigh and lower leg. For the depth and angle adjustment of the foot plate, therefore,
the foot plate has the same angle as the seat and the rear edge of the foot plate is aligned
vertically with the front edge of the seat.
9.2 Push bar
9.2.1 Adjusting the push bar height
1. Turn the screw (see Figure 7, item 1) anticlockwise by a few turns.
2. Slide the push bar up or down until the desired height is reached.
3. Then tighten the screw so it is finger-tight again.
