When follow me mode is activated, the Q-1 Drone will take the shortest route to fly 10m
vertically and 15m horizontally away from the target.
Follow me mode will not work unless the tracker is turned on and paired to the drone.
Only use the follow me mode in an open space where there are no obstacles the Q-1 Drone
may fly in to while following the subject.
While in follow me mode, the Q-1 Drone will follow the target left, right, forwards and
backwards. The Q-1 Drone will hover on the spot when the target is not moving. If the
tracker moves up or down vertically, the Q-1 Drone will also move up and down to match
the tracker.
Only use the follow me mode in an open space where there are no obstacles the Q-1 Drone
may fly in to while following the subject.

8.1 Remote control
The remote control may need calibrating if you cannot start the motor using the CJC.
1. Put switch two (S2) in the down position and then turn on the remote control.
2. The middle LED should be flashing quickly
3. Spin both joysticks 5-10 times in a full circle, touching all 4 corners. Spin the left joystick
anti-clockwise and the right joystick clockwise as shown.
4. The LED will stop flashing
5. Put switch two (S2) back in the up position and the right LED on the remote will light up
6. After 3 seconds, the middle LED will light up to indicate remote calibration is complete
7. Turn the remote and Q-1 Drone off and back on again.
8.2 Accelerometer
You may need to calibrate the accelerometer if:
• The front and rear indicators are blinking quickly under the Q-1 Drone
• The Q-1 Drone is drifting in flight in a certain direction
Always remove the propellers before calibrating.
