Select
Exit
to close the Lock/Unlock Window and leave the
Protocol Processor Unlocked. This is useful if you are an
Admin, and you needed to Force the Unlock of a Protocol
Processor, so a non-Admin user will then be able to Lock the
Protocol Processor.
After forcing an Unlock, the previous user will receive a High Priority
Message on their GUI stating that their Lock has been removed.
When you select
Lock
or
Lock and Exit
, the
icon will appear
on your GUI, letting you know that you have Locked the Protocol
Processor. Other users will see
on their GUI.
FAULT
If the module or circuit pack goes
Out of Service
the Fault icon
appears on all Protocol Processors within the affected Test Unit. The
Elapsed Time will also display
Out of Service
. The fault is also
logged in the System tab’s Faults window.
If rebooting the device does not resolve the issue or if the issue
becomes persistent, contact
Tech Support
to have the device serviced.
