Check the charging state of the stored
batteries by means of the display on the
POS MobilePro III.

Charge the batteries for 40-50 percent after
six months at the latest.
Shut down the POS MobilePro III, charging station and battery
charging station if you do not use it for a longer time.
10.1. Shutting down the POS MobilePro III
• Switch off the POS MobilePro III as described in chapter
7.1.2 “Shutting down POS MobilePro III” on page 52.
• Remove the battery as described in chapter 7.10.4 “Ex-
changing the battery in the POS MobilePro III” on page
69.
• Pack the POS MobilePro III and the battery in the original
packaging.
• Store the POS MobilePro III in a room where the temper-
ature is -20 to 70 °C and air humidity between10 and 80
percent.
• Store the battery in a room where the temperature is -20
to 60 °C and air humidity between 45 and 85 percent. The
optimum storage temperature for the battery is 20 to 25°C.
