7.1. 3.  Hardware reset

NOTICE

a

Data loss through hardware reset

Since the system is not shut down properly 
with a hardware reset, this can cause data 
loss.

 

X

Only use the hardware reset when the 
system cannot be shut down.

In order to switch off the POS system independent of the POS 
software you can carry out a hardware reset.

•  Press simultaneously the on-/off key 

 at the bottom left 

on the keyboard and the soft key 

 on top right on the 

keyboard.

•  Keep the key combination pressed even after the vibration 

alarm.

As soon as the display is out, the POS MobilePro III is switched 
off.
