Use
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or in-
struction concering use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved, Childen shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has
been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user
maintenance.
Caution
– Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be
given where children and vulnerable people are present.
Risk of electric shock!
Failure to observe this warning may result in fatal accidents and injuries.
Before any servicing on the unit, turn off the main switch and secure it with a padlock. The unit may
have more than one switch.

Sheet metal parts can have sharp edges and burrs.
Wear suitable protective clothing, goggles and gloves for all work on this unit for cleaning and other
servicing.
AW C22E/C42E for corrosive environments
The fan heater is available in two sizes, AW C22E and AW C42E.
They are specially adapted for assembly in corrosive environments such as offshore and chemical industry.
• Meets the requirements for corrosion class C5-M.
• Uses hot water as the energy medium.
• Stainless acid-proof steel casing, deflectors and bracket, EN 1.4404.
• Coil with copper tube and aluminum lining coated with ElectroFin E-coat. This means that the entire coil is dip-coated with
flexible epoxy polymer with 100% coverage. Thermal loss less than 1%.
• Protection class IP65 – protected against dust and water jets.
• Snap lock cleaning cover.
• AW C is supplied without any automation and a single fan speed.
• Delivered with wall bracket for mounting the fan heater on the wall with horizontal airflow or in the ceiling with vertical air-
flow.

Accessories
Thermostat AWST35, enclosed thermostat 0 - 35°C, IP65. Thermostat AWST70, enclosed thermostat 0-70 °C, IP65.
Plan filter AWPFH. Max temp. The heating water at the mounted filter is 100°C.
Solenoid valve with housing of acid-proof steel EN 1.4401 and coil IP 65 with standard voltage 230VAC.
Max. Operating temperature of valve 140°C.
Tips for installation
Leave the protective patch until the installation is complete or use gloves that do not imprint on the stainless steel plate.
