4. Basic settings

Basic settings are settings crucial to data measuring and operating the computer. Such as 

language, wheel size(s), clock.

WATCH OUT:

 Any SET procedure must be completed (menu question ?SET OK? gets 

accepted by pushing

). Should a SET procedure not be completed, any data entered is not 

stored.
