Audio from
your system is
not being
received by the
remote user.
1. Verify that you have not turned the audio transmitted
from your microphone off – muting audio being
transmitted from your system to the remote user.
2. Verify that in the General Settings dialog box, the correct
Audio Origin
is selected.
3. Verify that the connection from the microphone to the
computer is correct.
4. Instruct the remote participant to examine the remote
system as indicated in the previous section for received
audio.
5. Connect your system in a loopback (dial the second
ISDN channel of the first BRI pair) and verify your
audio.
6. If the problem still remains, contact your local VCON
distributor for further instructions.
Audio
reception is
not clear.

Verify that you dialed two (B-channel) numbers for each
ISDN line. If you only dial one number for each line,
only 64 kbps will be used instead of 128 kbps.
Disconnect the call and dial again, or ask the caller to
redial.
