Installing the MediaConnect 9000 Application
The MediaConnect 9000 CD-ROM contains the Setup program.

To install the MediaConnect 9000 application on your computer
1. Close all open applications.
2. Insert the MediaConnect 9000 Disc into the computer’s CD-ROM drive.
After you close the drive door, the Installation Utility appears.
3. In each page of the Installation program, follow the instructions or enter
the required information. To advance to the next page, click
Next
.
At the end of the installation, the Installation Complete dialog box
appears. Click
Finish
to close the Installation program and restart the
computer.
4. After the computer restarts, MediaConnect 9000 runs automatically. The
first time it runs after the upgrade installation, a message asks if your
system will register to a VCON Media Xchange Manager™ (MXM)
server. If your system is managed by an MXM, telephony exchange
functions such as Call Forwarding, Call Transfer and Invite (ad-hoc
conferencing) are available.

left corner of the Windows desktop. Click
Run
to open the Run dialog box.
Locate and select the
install
application file on the CD-ROM drive and click
Open
. In the Run dialog box, click
