2.1,
OPERATOR AREAS.
The machine is to be operated by only one operator standing in front of the machine in order to easily prepare coffee and other hot
drinks.
2.2,
AREAS WITH RESIDUAL RISK.
Residual risk areas are areas that cannot be protected because they serve a specific
purpose; for the coffee machine, these are the following:
•
The unit area while dispensing coffee.
•
The steam nozzle area while heating drinks.
•
The hot water dispensing area;
•
The coffee dispensing lever movement area.
WARNING: During activation of the coffee dispensing lever, the
distance between the operator and the range of action of the lever
must be 30 ÷ 40 cm
There is a risk of burns in all three these areas.
