FIRST STARTING.
WARNING: The first machine starting operations must be carried out
by a specialised and authorised technician.
•
Open the water supply tap upstream of the machine.
•
Power the machine by setting the differential switch located upstream of the
machine to ON.
•
Turn the switch (1) to “ ”the LED (2) will come on, the boiler will
automatically start to fill with water and once the level has been reached, the
light (3) will come on.
You can check the level on the indicator (4).
•
Dry operate the levers (5) two or three times to complete filling the circuit (see
the paragraph “PREPARING COFFEE”).
WARNING: During activation of the dispensing lever, the distance
between the operator and the range of action of the lever must be
30 ÷ 40 cm.
•
Pull the lever downward until the lower end of travel and then, still holding the
lever firmly with one hand, accompany it to the upper end of travel.
DO NOT let the lever return to its upper position without accompanying it as it
will snap up fast.
•
Turn the switch (1) to position “ ”; the LED (6) will come on indicating that
the boiler heating element is on.
•
When the set temperature has been reached, the LED (6) will go off and the
pressure in the boiler will be 1 bar (0.1 MPa) indicated on the pressure gauge
(7).
