Operation
NOTE:
Alternatively, you can choose “auto” with the “
A
“ key of the remote control (Fig. 12).
- Your robot will then undergo 2 complete cleaning cycles (including one charging cycle).
NOTE:
Alternatively, you can guide the robot directly via the direction keys “
“, “
“, “
“, “
“ of the
remote control (Fig. 13).
- Your robot will then move into the chosen direction.
- Your robot can only move one direction at once.
NOTE:
When the capacity of the battery pack diminishes, your robot searches for the signal of the docking
station, docks on and charges for approx. 4 to 5 hours. Once charged, the LEDs turn off and the robot can then
be used.
If it for any reason does not succeed in docking onto the docking station, you have to lift it manually onto the
docking station, see “Charging the battery pack for the first time”, on page 9.
NOTE:
Cliff sensors detect stairs and other cliffs to avoid falling. A height difference of 7 cm or more would be
judged as a cliff. When a cliff is detected, your robot will move backwards to avoid falling. Your robot will stop
immediately if all 3 cliff sensors detect a cliff simultaneously.
