Heating
The a mount of heat is dependant on the
engine tem perature and is thus not fully
attained until the engine is w arm.
For ra pid warming of the passenger
compartment:
z Turn temperature switch to red.
z Switch on fan.
z Set the air distribution switch to the
desired p osition.
The com fort and general well-being of the
vehic le occupants are to a large extent
dependent on a correct setting of the
ventilation and heating.
Heating the foot area
z Turn temperature switch to red .
z Set the air distribution sw itch to K .
z Sw itch on fan.
Window demisting and defrosting
z Turn tempera ture switc h to red.
z Switch on fan.
z Set air distribution switch to V .
z Open ventilation jets as required and
direct them towards the d oor w indows.
For simulta neous warming of the foot area,
set a ir distribution switch to
J .
