Peak Sense Relay Group:
In the
Peak Sense Relay Active
scrolling list, select Open or
Closed. If your selection is Close on activation, the relay is open.
Conversely, if you command Open on activation, the relay will be
closed.
Enter the
Duration
time in the corresponding field. The
Duration
is the length of time the relay is activated, whether closed, or
open. The time entered for the
Duration
will be dictated by the
specifications of the particular sample collector or column
switching valve used. Generally duration of 0.5 seconds will
satisfy most applications.
Enter the
Delay
time in the corresponding field. This is the length
of time that the peak sense relay will be delayed between the
time that it is triggered and the time that the relay is actually
activated.
End of Run Parameter Group:
In the
Sequence
scrolling list, select
Hold
to maintain the run end
wavelength and attenuation values or
Reset
to re-initialize the
detector at the end of the Galaxie run.
Check the
Lamp Off at the end sequence
to enable this option.
When this option is enabled the Varian ProStar 325 lamps will be
turned off at the end of a Galaxie sequence.
