Introduction 

This User’s Guide is intended for the users of DZO 16N type fruit crushers manufactured by VARES 
Mnichovice a.s. The User’s Guide forms an integral part of the technical documentation which the 
manufacturer and supplier of the equipment makes available to users. The User’s Guide contains all 
necessary information for an 

overall familiarisation with the features and functions of the crusher’s individual 

parts, plus instructions pertaining to the regulations applicable for this type of products, for guaranteeing 
correct and safe procedures during: Installation 

– putting into operation – maintenance and cleaning – 

repairs 

– troubleshooting – handling and transportation – final disassembly of the machine at the end of its 

useful life and its subsequent disposal.  

 

 

The fruit crushers manufactured by VARES Mnichovice a.s. are designed and manufactured to comply with 
the  requirements  on  safe  operation.  This  notwithstanding,  when  incorrectly  used  and  handled,  they  might 
become a source of danger. This User’s Guide must be kept by the user at a place where it can be available 
to  the  persons  nominated  to  operate  and  maintain  the  machine.  Before  starting  any  work  with  the  fruit 
crusher,  the  operator  must  be  familiarised  in  detail  with  the  instructions  and  information  contained  in  this 
User’s Guide and understand its meaning, which is a prerequisite for correct and safe use of this machine.   

Please note: 

In  the  following  sections  of  this  User’s  Guide,  provided  there  is  no  danger  of 
misunderstanding  or  erroneous  interpretation,  a  simplified  name  “crusher”  or 
“machine” will be used instead of the full product’s name, “fruit crusher”.

implement  technical  modifications  its  products  and  changes  in  the  User’s  Guide
