Stainless steel
Stainless steel parts should be cleaned regularly with warm soapy water and a soft sponge,
then dried with a soft cloth. Never use abrasive powders or cleaning materials. Do not leave
the following elements in contact for an extended period of time with enamel parts: vinegar,
coffee, salt, water, lemon, or tomato juice, which risk permanently altering the stainless
steel surface.
Maintenance
Bulb replacement
Start by disconnecting the power supply from the fuse in the electrical panel, or switching
off the general meter. Make sure your cooker is cold. Open the oven door, remove the glass
cover of the lamp and then the bulb.
Install the new 300°C resistant bulb (oven-specific 230 V, 25 Watts maximum type G9) in place
of the old one. Place the glass cover back on the lamp. Reconnect the power supply once this
is done. Your cooker is then ready for use.
The bulb has been designed specifically for use inside domestic cooking appliances and is
therefore not suitable for domestic lighting. The light source included is not intended for use
in other applications.
Other checks
Regularly check the validity date of the gas supply hose. If the date has expired, change the
hose as quickly as possible. In the event of any issues with using the burner control knobs and
oven (for example, difficulties in turning the knobs), please contact the after-sales service.
