2. Set the
steam control knob
to
and turn the
temperature control knob
to “MAX”.
3. Prime the pump if necessary (
burst of steam
).
4. When the heating indicator turns off, hold the iron upright and press the
steam burst button
to steam the hanging garment. Keep the soleplate 10 - 20 cm away from more delicate
fabrics and move it closer to fabrics that can be steam ironed at higher temperatures.
5. Keep vertical steaming sessions short to prevent steam building up in the soleplate.
Alternate between horizontal and vertical jets of steam to prevent leaks.
WARNING!
• To avoid any electricity-related risks, always unplug the iron from the mains
socket when it is no longer in use, in order to fully disconnect it from the
mains power.
• The iron may leak if the temperature is set too low for steam ironing or the
steam burst function.
• Do not press the steam burst button too often to prevent the temperature of
the iron from dropping too quickly, as this could lead to leaks.
WARNING: Risk of burns!
• Do not under any circumstances attempt to steam iron any clothing that you
are actually wearing at the time.
• Never direct the steam at a person or animal.
Spray button
The spray button can be used with any setting to dampen the fabric being ironed, as long as
the water tank is at least 1/4 full.
Anti-drip function
This iron boasts an anti-drip function. If the temperature is too low, the iron will automatically
stop emitting steam to avoid the risk of water dripping through the soleplate.
