Evolving Compatibilities
As more UC soft-client and lecture capture programs are released and gain popularity, Vaddio will provide a continuing research
and development effort to ensure the compatibility with other manufacturer’s products.
USB 2.0 MJPEG Resolutions
The USB 2.0 UVC (Universal Video Class) video driver resolution table is an internal list of resolutions available for the Host PC
and the
HuddleSTATION
to negotiate and use for any specific application. Typically, the highest resolution possible between
both the PC and HuddleSTATION is used. However, not all OS and application combinations are typical. Some applications
are assigned to a lower value, or the lowest resolution to purposely minimize the bandwidth requirement. In order to avoid
selection of the smallest resolution possible, the resolutions of 160 x 120 and 160 x 90 were removed because it looked sort of
wicked-awful (in some respects).
