Commissioning (operation)

5.3 Shutdown (switch off)

Take the pump out of operation

Stop the process.

Disconnect the pump from the apparatus.

Let the vacuum pump run on for about 30 minutes, with open

inlet.

Condensate and media residues will be flushed out of the

vacuum pump.

IMPORTANT!

Prevent deposits and rinse condensate out of

the pump.
