for gratinating.

Use the wire shelf for grilling flat food and putting
tins on.

When grilling, heat is transferred from the red hot heating element by infrared
radiation.

Do not put protective film or aluminium foil on the floor of the
cooking space as this can result in lasting damage.

whereby meat is gently cooked at a low temper-
ature so that it is ready to eat at the desired time.
