1.1. BASIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To minimise the risk of injury, the following basic safety precautions should be observed
with each use of the Product:
Do not remove the sticker on the front of the unit until the Product is commissioned by
a qualified installer.
Do not put any object close to the surface of the Product.
Do not put plastic or glass in front of the Product. It does not allow UV to pass through.
Make sure the Product has an unobstructed path towards the area to be disinfected.
Do not use flammable substances near the lamp module.
This is an electronic device. Do not use flammable or combustible gases or liquids, such as
oxygen, hydrogen, or chemicals, near a lamp module. Failure to obey may result in fire or
explosion.
Do not turn on any Product with a broken front glass.
If the front glass is broken, disconnect Product immediately and contact an authorised
installer.
Do not disassemble or modify the lamp module.
Disassembly or modification may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
Turn off the electrical power during lamp module maintenance.
Do not remove any safety labelling or parts.
Do not touch the lamp module during operation.
Otherwise, it may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
Ground the device or metal parts of the housing that are close to the lamp module.

Do not use the unit for purposes other than disinfection.
The unit is designed for disinfection. Using it for any other purpose may result in unexpect
