Country:
Select the country the Device resides. Different country support different wireless
channel.
Wireless Channel:
Select the frequency bands in which the wireless network works; it
provides automatic options, which means that the Device can automatically select the optimal
frequency band. The wireless devices in the same frequency band will interfere with each other.
If there are multiple wireless devices around the Device, please select a frequency band
different from that of other wireless devices when setting the channel.
Wireless Mode:
Specify the wireless modes of the Device. The options are
11a Only
,
11a/n
Mixed
,
11vht AC/AN/A
and
11vht AC/AN
.
●
11a Only:
If selected, the wireless clients in compliance with the IEEE 802.11a standard
can be connected to the Device.
●
11a/n Mixed:
If selected, the wireless clients in compliance with the IEEE 802.11a and
802.11n standard can be connected to the Device.
●
11vht AC/AN/A:
Very High Throughput
IEEE 802.11ac and 802.11a Standard. If selected,
the wireless clients in compliance with the IEEE 802.11ac and 802.11a standard can be
connected to the Device.
●
11vht AC/AN:
Very High Throughput
IEEE 802.11ac Standard. If selected, the wireless
clients in compliance with the IEEE 802.11ac standard can be connected to the Device.
Channel Width:
The channel bandwidth occupied by the wireless data transmission. It
provides automatic options, which means that the Device can automatically select the optimal
channel bandwidth.
Signal:
Specify the strength of the wireless transmit power.
Wireless MAC:
Displays the device’s physical address. We always keep it as the default value.
Enable WDS:
Select to enable WDS. It can be bridging multiple wireless LAN by this function.
About more information, please refer to section:

Network Requirements
As shown in the following figure, the network uses a wired router as the gateway (IP: 192.168.1.1)
to the Internet, a UTT WA wireless access (denoted as Device A) to connect computers and other
devices in Building 1, and another UTT WA wireless access (denoted as Device B) to connect
computers and other devices in Building 2. Device A is connected to the gateway via an Ethernet
cable, so the client devices connected to Device A can access to the Internet. Now the user wants
to connect Device B to Device A wirelessly, so that the client devices connected to Device B also
can access to the Internet.
