SEQUENCE OF THE ADAPTATION

By selecting code No. 900 in the code menu the menus for the adaptation are made
accessible. Instead of the standard P menus now the adaptation menus are displayed.

The adaptation is started in the menu "Adapt" by pressing key "E". Each phase of the
adaptation is displayed indicating the respective status, for example "Adapt 02". During
the sequence of the adaptation the following status conditions are displayed:

Chlorinator feedrate 0 % or metering pump OFF

Waiting period until measured value is < 0.2 of range

Switching over to mode AUTOMATIC

Depending on the type of positioner some of the status display may be skipped. Diffe-
rent periods are required to perform the individual steps. It is possible that some status
displays, due to the short period required for their performance, show up very shortly
or do not appear at all. The adaptation mode is also indicated via the COM-card.

NOTE!

Depending on the control loop the adaptation may require up to 13 hours. During
this period no substantial disturbing of the control loop should take place, such
as back-washing of filters or considerable variations in pool attendance.
