CONTROLLER WITH CONTINUOUS OUTPUT

This controller operating as a fixed value controller with continuous output calculates in
function of the measured value and the stored setpoint and the control parameters
an output current proportional to feedrate. The output current can be set to be 0...20
mA, 4...20 mA, 0...5 mA or 0...10 mA.

In the case of a control deviation of % the output current is 0, respectively 4 mA. For
higher deviations the output current is 5, 10 or 20 mA.

Typical positioners for this type of controller are metering pumps with current input,
thyristor control units with DC pumps or analog control valves.

The following parameters can be set with the continuous output controller:

The dynamic response of the controller is adjustable via parameters Xp and Tn.

NOTE:

Since each measuring amplifier has only one electrically isolated
current output, the current output for analog measured value
recording is not available in this mode.
In this case it is only possible to record the measured value via the
COM interface card.

The current output signal can be controlled with the direction keys in
the "HAND" mode. The display (arrow LED) of the direction of control
is not activated in this case.
