System Backwash
1.
Close the inlet valve on the main water source.
2.
Open a valve downstream to release any pressure on the system. Close the valve on the inlet manifold
(A).
3.
Detach the inlet and outlet plumbing connections on the system and rotate the system 180 degrees.
4.
Attach the inlet plumbing to the outlet/regeneration manifold (C) on the system. This will reverse the
flow of water through the system and create the backwash.
