I do not see a phone icon in my system tray
The Internet Mini Phone utility must be running for the icon
to appear in the system tray. Click Start and select the Inter-
net Mini Phone from the programs list. If the USB Internet
Mini Phone is not in the programs list, you must install the
utility. Repeat the installation procedure.

Solution
Make sure the USB cable is connected to the phone and
your computer. The USB connector should snap into the
phone when you connect it. When it is inserted properly,
the metal part of the USB connector should not be visible
from the front of the phone.
When I press the phone keys nothing happens
Solution
Make sure the USB cable of the phone is securely con-
nected to a USB port on your computer.

Make sure that Skype is running and that you are logged in.

In Skype, select Tools then Options .
Click Privacy and then Manage other programs’ access to
Skype .
Select USROBOTICS USB INTERNET MINI PHONE.exe and
click Change .
