ADD AND/OR DELETE USERS IN THE DIRECTORY

Once you have defined the name and surname of the user to be stored (max. 20 characters), you have the option
of configuring the user by customising the fields Physical add., Logical add.(*), Door opener code and Type
.
The field Physical address consists of five numbers. The first two numbers are the ID of the column (0 to 31), while
the next three numbers are the user address (from 0 to 127).
The field Logic code
consists of max. 6 alphabetic characters/numbers. An alphabetic keyboard module Ref.
1168/49 is needed to use alphabetic characters.
The
Door Opening Code field associates a code (from 1 to 9999) which each user to instantaneously open the
garage door (gate) when selected and entered on keypad module Ref. 1168/46.
The
Type field can be used to define whether the user type is “Normal”, “Private” or “Special” (see
ADDRESS
BOOK FUNCTION BUTTON) chapter.
By selecting a user as “Private”, the user’s name user will not be displayed in the user directory of the display.
In the case of routing modes with logical code, the Logical code and the Physical Code must be specified for
“Private” type users.
Then press SAVE to store the user in the directory.

The edit screen can also be used to delete users by clicking on the icon
