Troubleshooting

What if my Risewell lifting seat chair does not operate at all
when I push/pull the control switch?

Check that the power cord is plugged firmly into a properly wired
wall outlet.

Check that the power cord is plugged firmly into the back of the
Seat Base.

If the above measures fail, check your circuit breaker box as a final
step before calling your dealer for service.

Where do I find the serial number on my Risewell lifting seat
chair?

The serial number is clearly marked on a label attached to the
underside of your Risewell seat cushion and lifting mechanism
assembly.
