REMEDY OF PROBLEMS
If you should have problems with your deep fryer, check first, if the appliances is correctly connected
to the receptacle or if the overheat protection has switched off the appliance.
Then check if one of the following cases applies.

Strong odour
Oil or fat are used
Replace oil or fat.
Frying oil or fat is not heat-
resisting.
Do not use any fat- or oil
mixtures, only use high-quality,
heat-resistant oil.
Vapour is escaping under the
lid.
Remark: a certain amount
of vapour has to escape
for safety reasons to avoid
overpressure
The lid is not closed correctly. Close lid correctly.
The filter is polluted.
Clean the filter.
Oil/fat is overflowing.
The „MAX“ level has been
exceeded.
Check the oil quantity!
Foodstuff was not dry enough. Dry foodstuff before frying with
a towel.
Frying basket has been
dipped in too rapidly.
Lower frying basket slowly and
carefully.
Food quantity has been
exceeded.
Reduce the quantity of food to
be fried.
Foodstuff does not become
crispy.
Temperature too low.
Adjust the temp. setting.
Frying basket overloaded
Reduce the quantity of the
foodstuff to be fried.
Oil/fat not hot enough.
Temperature control defec tive,
contact our service.
Oil/fat is used and contains
too much water
Replace oil/fat.
Fat is not heated enough.
Not enough fat in the oil pan. Read chapter „Operation“, pt.
1-3, filling with fat/oil, and
“overheat protection”.
Oil pan and heating and
control panel are not correctly
inserted.
Insert the respective parts
care fully according to these
instruc tions.
