MAKING ICE CREAM
1. Prepare the ingredients for the ice
cream as stated in the recipe. If
the ice cream mixture has to be
cooked, this should be done a
day in advance so the mixture has
time to cool thoroughly.
2. Refrigerate the prepared ice cream
mixture or the required ingredients
to a temperature of 6–8 °C.
3. Puree fruit just before mixing the
ingredients and add pieces of fruit
at the end.
4. Use alcohol sparingly and do not
add until the end of the freezing
time, because alcohol prolongs
the time needed for freezing.
5. Place the removable ice cream
container in the space provided in
the compressor housing (4).
6. Place the mixer (2) on the shaft in
the middle of the ice cream con-
tainer.
7. Place the mixer exactly on the
upright shaft on the bottom of the
ice cream container (3).
8. Fill the refrigerated ingredients
into the removable ice cream con-
tainer. Make sure not to exceed
the maximum fill level. Do not fill
the ice cream container more than
3/4 full, since ice cream expands
during the freezing process.
9. Place the lid on the ice cream
container.
10. Plug the power cord into an elec-
trical outlet and switch on the
