This warranty does not cover repair of damage attributable to: (a) non Unisys products and services, alterations or out-
of-specification supplies; (b) accidents, misuse, negligence or failure of Buyer/Licensee to follow instructions for
proper use, care and cleaning of Equipment; (c) external factors (e.g., failure or fluctuation of electrical power or air
conditioning, fire, flood); or (d) failure by purchaser to comply with Unisys environmental specifications.
Unisys makes no representation or warranty as to non-Unisys equipment provided to purchaser, all of which is sold or
licensed to purchaser “AS IS”. Purchaser agrees to look solely to the warranties and remedies, if any, provided by the
manufacturer or its Unisys reseller.
These limited warranties give you specific legal rights; you may have others, which vary from state to state. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
If the Equipment and/or Software is defective and qualifies for service under this Warranty, the Purchaser must, to
obtain service, (a) perform problem determination procedures (which may include diagnostic testing) in accordance
with furnished instructions, and (b) call its Unisys supplier for further instructions.
