PHOTOS

PROCEDURES 

1. Dismantle 'Cover UV Lamp'.

    1.1. Open 'Cover Evap. Front' and disconnect 'UV Lamp harness' from
           'Box Control'.
    1.2. To dismantle 'Cover UV Lamp', push hooks at the bottom of the 
           upward of 'Cover UV Lamp' outwards so that hook can be 
           disconnected.

* Caution

 : 1. Before dismantling, Cut off the main power.

                  2. Do not exert excessive force. It may cause damage to product.

2. Dismantle 'Assy UV Lamp'.

    2.1.Unfasten 2 screws to dismantle 'Assy UV Lamp'.
    2.2. Dismantle 'Assy UV Lamp'.

3. Replace 'Assy UV Lamp'.

    3.1. Replace a new part of 'Assy UV Lamp'.
    3.2. Administer assembly in the reverse order of dismantling.

* Caution

 : In dismantle or assembly process, take care lest UV Lamp

                  shoule break.
