7. 윗칼기구 / Upper knife mechanism
기구 설명 / MECHANICAL DESCRIPTION
1. 절환기레버①를 내리면 절환기연결로드(조)②를 화살표방향으로 이동시킵니다.
2. 절환기레버축③에 의해 절환기완④은 절환기링크⑤에 운동을 전달해서 칼구동링크⑥와 칼구동로드⑦를 이동시킵니다.
3. 상축⑧이 회전하면 천평크랭크(조)의 캠부(편심부)에서 칼구동연간⑨의 선단을 상하운동 시킵니다.
4. 칼구동연간⑨의 선단에 붙어있는 칼구동링크⑥와 칼구동로드⑦․칼축클램프(조) ꊉ ꊒ 를 상하운동 시킵니다.
5. 칼축클램프 ꊉ ꊒ 에 조합된 칼축 ꊉ ꊓ 을 상하운동 시킵니다.
6. 칼축 ꊉ ꊓ 에 붙어있는 칼받침 ꊉ ꊔ ․칼잡이(RL) ꊉ ꊕ ․칼잡이(FR) ꊉ ꊖ ․윗칼 ꊉ ꊗ 을 상하로 동작시킵니다.
7. 윗칼 ꊉ ꊗ 과 침판 ⓐ 에 붙어있는 고정칼에 의해 천을 재단합니다.
1. when the selector lever① is lowered, the selector lifting lever assembly② moves in the direction of the arrow.
2. The selector arm④ transmits the motion to the selector link⑤ through the selector lever shaft③. The knife driving
link⑥ and the knife driving rod⑦ move.
3. When the upper shaft⑧ rotates, the tip of the knife eccentric wheel with the screw⑨ moves vertically at the cam
part(eccentric part) of the thread take-up crank assembly.
4. The knife driving link⑥, the knife driving rod⑦, and the knife shaft clamp assembly ꊉ ꊒ attached to the end of the
knife eccentric wheel with screw⑨ move vertically.
5. The knife shaft ꊉ ꊓ linked to the knife shaft clamp assembly ꊉ ꊒ moves vertically.
6. Then the knife base ꊉ ꊔ , knife holders(RL) ꊉ ꊕ and (FR) ꊉ ꊖ , and the upper knife ꊉ ꊗ attached to the knife shaft ꊉ ꊓ move
vertically.
7. The upper knife ꊉ ꊗ and the fixed knife attached to the needle plate ⓐ cut the material.
