10.1.2.4. OIL LEVEL IN THE GEAR BOX
Oil level measuring gauge must be used for checking oil level in the gear box
(catalogue number. 3056/00-090/0). The sowing machine is equipped with the
measuring gauge.
After the filler plug is screwed and the measuring gauge is inserted in the hole, the
flattened tip of the measuring gauge should be immersed in the oil.
10.2. ADJUSTING AND SETTING
Before the sowing machine is put into operation the following adjustments and
settings must be performer according to the instructions included in the sections
below:
10.2.1. ADJUSTMENT OF GATES.
The design of the sowing machine makes it possible to close the inflow of seed from
the seed box to particular sowing devices with the use of gates. The design of the

It enables to sow with the
use of fewer number of coulters.
The sowing sequence has been shown on the Figure
13.
To adjust the number of seed sowing it is required to set the position of a gate
according to the table of sowing.

13.
