Evaporation in the dewar
increases.

MP-300K inhales gases such
as helium.

The purity of nitrogen gas is
not sufficient.
Check the purity of the nitrogen
gas.
(10) AUTO READY button
flickers
The level sensor in the supply
destination is in error state.
Contact us.
The level sensor cable in the
supply destination is not
connected or broken.
Check the level sensor cable,
(11) MANUAL START button
flickers
30 seconds before the manual
dispense time limit (10
minutes) is reached.
If you wish to continue
dispensing, press MANUAL
START button again.
(12) AUTO READY and
AUTO SUPPLY flickers
alternately
Supply signal continues from
the level sensor in the supply
destination although automatic
transfer time limitation is
reached.
Press AUTO READY to release
the automatic supply state, and
check the LN2 level in the
supply destination.
