Controller inhibited from operation. Disconnect battery charger.

Throttle fault. Engager levers must be in neutral (centered) position before vehicle
is turned on. Switch vehicle off, center levers, and switch back on.

Controller fault. Check all connections.

Bad parking brake connection. Check parking brake and motor connections.

Excessive voltage detected at controller. Check battery connections.
