〔ＥＦＧＨ：Scaling factor〕
      Input scaling is performed for A input.    By specifying the scaling factor and the
      exponential value（a minus power of 10）, the scaling ratio per pulse can be set.
      The exponential value（a minus power of 10）is set in Mode 02.

〔Ex.〕Using a flow meter which emits 2.5mL per pulse, the instant flux in
