Troubleshooting
The failures and solutions stated in this section can be performed easily by yourselves and always consult to an Aut-
horized Uğur Service if these suggestions do not solve your problem.
CAUTION!
Intervention to any failure that may occur in your product must be carried out by Authorized Uğur Service.
Any intervention that may be done by you may harm you, your employee or customer, invalidate the product
guarantee and cause material damage (fire etc.).
In case of any failure, consult to Uğur Customer Care or Authorized Uğur Service.
Troubleshooting Possible Cause Solution
Your product is not working. Is there current on the device?
Does the fuse work?
Check the plug.
Check the fuse and replace.
Compressor stops after starting
running.
Is the voltage low?
Is the condenser dirty?
Is there any obstacle for air circula-
tion?
Is the fan broken?
Check the voltage.
Clean the condenser.
Change the location of the device.
Check, change the fan.
Evaporator cools down but there is
no water inside the device.
Is the water inlet close?
Are there any foreign materials
inside water?
Is the fl oat or fl oat button out of
service?
Open water inlet.
Clean the fi lter on the water inlet.
Check, replace the fl oat or micro
button.
No ice formation inside the evapora-
tor.
Is there any failure in the cooling
system?
Check the system.
Ice cubes are formed properly but
not separated from each other.
Is the gas valve open?
Is there any failure in eccentric micro
button at the bottom?
Check the valve.
Check, replace redactor eccentric
micro button.
Low ice production. Is the water level in the water tray
low or high?
Is there any obstruction in the
condenser?
Is the inlet valve not close and does
it cause dropping?
Check the water level.
Clean the condenser.
Check water inlet valve, replace
necessary.
Ice does not drop or is in a state
between water and ice.
Is the eccentric drive out of service?
Is the fl exible pin or eccentric Wheel
broken?
Check, replace if necessary.
Replace the pin and wheel.
Do not stop although the water tank
is full.
Is there any failure in redactor ec-
centric micro button?
Check, replace if necessary.
