No children and animals may be left near the operated convector, if there are no adults in charge.
The device must not be left in the room without supervision, if it is being operated.
It is prohibited to keep any highly infl ammable things (for example, products of wood, paper,
textile, combustible materials, etc. Like in the case with other similar devices, the air moving
upwards may cause decolouration of the coating of the walls.
The device must not be used as follows:
• in the rooms where there are kept any solid, liquid or gaseous materials, as well as dangerous
chemicals and other substances and materials;
• directly by containers with highly infl ammable and explosive materials;
The device is prohibited for operating in working and in other premises , where evaporations of
combustible gases, petrol, etc., may be available, or where chemicals may be used.
This is extremely dangerous, and it can result to polluting the heater parts and to unpleasant
smell in the air.
Before using any substances or aerosols which spray highly infl ammable materials, make it sure
that the device has been switched off .
The convector has fuses which will disconnect it in case of its overheating.
If he device has been switched off because of overheating, you should eliminate the cause of the
failure (for example, blocking of the air openings by foreign objects). After the device has been
cooling for few minutes it will start operating automatically. If the device has got switched off
again, unplug it from the electric mains and call a service specialist.
Important:
If the UFO convector has been installed in a room with a bath or a shower, you must make it sure
that there have been observed the required safe distances described in the rules of this manual
operation.
In the rooms where the humidity is high, the socket must be placed at least 25 cm from the fl oor
level.
