UFO heaters have a guarantee life cycle makes 10 (ten) years after the purchase date, among those
there shall be the following:
Warranty term - 2 (two) years.
Maintenance - 8 (eight) years.
To prove your right to have been eligible for the warranty package, please keep safe your прибор
purchase receipt. If your purchased convector occurred to be with defects, this will make it pos-
sible for you either to exchange it for another one in the purchase place, or return it back.
The warranty term is not valid in the reference of the following:
• convectors that have not been operated due to the guidelines provided in the manual opera
tion on the device, or due to the requirements provided by the device manufacturer. This is
also true for the devices that were damaged while treating them not carefully enough, or if
there has not been regularly provided cleaning, or if the device has been somehow modifi ed;
• the power supply cord , accessories and elements used for the convector installation;
• convectors, if there have been violated the guidelines referring to their installation, transporta
tion and storing;
• convectors, if they have been used not for the purpose they are designed;
• convectors, if they have been damaged because of a calamity or due to some other unpredict
able factors;
• convectors, if they have been damaged due to a wrong connection to the electric mains, or if
the electric mains network is out of order;
• elimination of mechanical defects (dents, scratches, slight splits, etc.);
• convectors, if they have been damaged while being used not like household appliances;
