Trouble Shooting
Below is a list of common problems you may run into while operating your TV. Please
carefully read the list below.
The TV will not switch ON. None of the LEDs are ON.
Disconnect the power cord, wait 60 seconds then reconnect the power cord and restart the
TV.
No channels found on start up
Go to Restart and Factory reset. Check antenna connection.
No picture
Check antenna connection. Station may experience problems, please tune to another
station. Please adjust the settings of contrast and brightness).
No sound
Increase the volume. Please check sound settings.
Full screen flickering under VGA
V-HEIGHT value may be set too big, restart computer and enter safe mode, then set monitor
parameters to correct value according to adjustment description
Horizontal strips under VGA
Sample phase may be deflected, adjust phase according to picture position.
Colour dots may present on screen
This product is the high resolution ELED display device and a few cell defects can occur
in the manufacture of the ELED. Several colored dots visible on the screen would be
acceptable. In line with other ELED manufacturers and would not mean that the ELED is
faulty. We hope you will understand that it could not be changed or refunded
