UniFi Controller Setup and Troubleshooting Guide

The following guide outlines

critical order of operations

and best practices to ensure an efficient, trouble-free deployment.

Download and Install UniFi Controller

•

Download the latest stable version of the UniFi Controller for Windows, located here:

https://www.ubnt.com/download/unifi

•

Log into the client’s Squirrel Controller PC and install UniFi Controller. Follow the on-screen setup instructions.

UniFi Controller Set Up

•

Please use Google Chrome browser for optimum reliability and functionality.

•

Determine if we are utilizing the customer’s router & subnet, or our own unique Squirrel IP Range (such as 10.43.66.1)
