If the AP is being used in a Squirrel subnet / no DHCP environment, assign the AP a static IP address:
1. Click on the AP, then navigate to Config > Network > Configure IP .
2. Change to Static IP .
3. Enter in a static IP address, Subnet mask, Gateway, and DNS. Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 DNS:
8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.
NOTE : If no DHCP server is being used, enter the IP of the Squirrel PC as the Gateway.
4. Click Queue Changes .
5. Click Apply Changes .
